The Background

In 2022, Unite Students were pivoting from a Sales and Acquisition led business to a Service led business, and we were appointed to create and support an inclusive assessment approach that would enable a major restructure of people and roles across the organisation.

The Outcomes

Using the CoActive Assessment approach as part of a significant cross organisation restructure in 2022, Unite Students were able to identify, select and appoint the strongest leadership talent from a pool of over 200 people.

This restructure and assessment set the company up for success as it pivoted towards being a service led business.

The Feedback

From the outset, Mari was great at listening to our unique requirements for an assessment as part of a strict legal process and developed a market leading, equitable and thorough assessment process in complete partnership with our HR project team.

Mari’s process allowed us to identify and select the strongest talent across a pool of over 200 people and appoint them into new positions – many of whom received significant promotions as a result of our assessments successfully identifying talent that had previously gone unidentified. I would gladly work with Mari again and would recommend her as a true expert in her field.
